**JOB SUMMARY**

Perform various responsibilities related to the reception of callers and visitors. Provide administrative support to all other departments, including Accounting functions

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accounts and administrative Support - invoice, statement, remittance advice, Check scanning
- Data entry into Accounting Systems
- Banking duties - depositing checks and cash at the bank on a daily basis
- Reception duties, including processing incoming calls, greeting visitors with a professional attitude and announcing them, and processing incoming mail (open, sort and route)
- Process outgoing mail (including invoices and checks)
- Management and distribution of office supplies (including toner and copier paper)
- Management of vending machine supplies (including inventory, ordering and filling machine), if necessary
- Daily restocking of kitchen supplies (coffees, sugars, cups, etc.)
- General administrative support to Administrative Services and other departments as needed
- Management of credit card transactions and reconciliation

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Strong Computer proficiency
- Basic knowledge of an accounting system will be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
