**Position**: Shop & Equipment Manager
**General Description**: Supervising and overseeing shop operations, equipment and staff including repairs and maintenance.
**Salary**: To be determined (DOE)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supervising maintenance/shop hand staff, assessing training needs and mentoring
- Manage and maintain the organization of the Tool Crib
- Fill orders sent from site
- Shipping/Receiving
- Inventory Management & Logistics: Ensure all tool purchases are inventoried; Track all tools, equipment and consumables
- Create recs tool & consumable purchases
- Get SRL’s certified as per job basis
- Get transits recalibrated as needed
- Clean and purge Shop/Yard
- Unload equipment parts & materials as required
- Opening and closing gates/seabins and setting alarm
- Collect garbage for removal at curb on Fridays
- Safety equipment formal inspection (Training)
- Assist to coordinate workers and equipment in field
- Assist with consulting with PMS re: Equipment & Workers
- Assist in participating in pre job planning
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 Years of experience in Equipment & Vehicles Service background
- 3-5 Years of Supervisory role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented; ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility
- Reliable vehicle
- Clean driving abstract
