**Full-Time Sales Associate - Popavape Hamilton new upcoming Vape Shop**:

- Concession St, Hamilton, ON_
**Full-time: 35-38 hours/week (Weekdays: 4pm to Midnight)**

**Your Role: The Heart of the Store**
As a Sales Associate, you’re the face of Popavape. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, keeping the shop organized, and making sure customers leave happy and well-informed. You’ll work closely with the manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Sales**
- Greet customers with a warm, helpful attitude
- Understand customer needs and recommend products
- Upselling
- Process transactions and handle returns professionally

**Product & Inventory Support**
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays
- Track customer requests for flavours/products we don’t currently carry
- Help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized at all times

**Store Procedures**
- Follow store opening/closing steps as trained
- Count cash at the start of your shift to ensure the float is accurate
- Log notes about special customer orders or issues as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Retail experience (vape, cannabis, industry preferred)
✔ Strong people skills - friendly, helpful, and confident
✔ Punctual, dependable, and takes pride in doing a great job
✔ Fast learner who is motivated and attentive to customer needs
✔ Interest in vaping culture or knowledge of vape products is a major plus
