**Main functions**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a permanent full-time position. Process Lead reports to the Process Lead Manager. The functions are as follow:

- Implement and monitor processes
- Validate products and processes
- Improve and enhance processes
- Reduce process cost
- Select and commission equipment
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Train operators (process specific)
- Evaluate product reliability risk
- And all other related tasks.

**Requirements and working conditions**:

- Educational level: University or College level completed (DEC electrical or mechanical)
- Experience related to the job offer: Experience in robotics, automation and mechanics for microelectronics component manufacturing, Thick Film Printing & Thin Film Printing (an asset).
- Experience in wirebonding.

**Description of qualifications**:

- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in process and/ or manufacturing of microelectronic components
- Experience in automation and mechanics
- Experience in wirebonding 18-25mm wirebonds (an asset)
- Experience in Thick and/or Thin Film Printing
- Programming and software capability
- Microelectronics materials and thermal experience
- Ability to work with little supervision and to follow several processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Fonctions principales**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne motivée pour rejoindre notre équipe pour un poste permanent à temps plein. Le (la) Chef de Procédés se rapporte au Gérant responsable des procédés. Ses fonctions sont, les suivantes:

- Implémenter et surveiller les procédés
- Valider des produits et des procédés
- Améliorer et renforcer les procédés
- Réduire les coûts de procédés
- Sélectionner et mettre en service des équipements
- Effectuer la maintenance des équipements
- Former des opérateurs (spécifique au procédé)
- Évaluer le risque et fiabilité des équipements
- Et toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Exigences et conditions de travail**:

- Niveau Scolaire:Niveau universitaire ou collégial (DEC électrique ou mécanique)
- Expérience relative à l’offre:Expérience en robotique, automatisation et mécanique pour la fabrication de composante micro-électronique, Impression de films épais et de films minces (un atout).
- Description des qualifications:Cette personne possède les qualifications suivantes:

- Au moins 1 - 2 ans d'expérience en procédé et/ou fabrication de composantes micro-électroniques
- Expérience dans le domaine du wirebonding
- Expérience en automatisation et mécanique
- Expérience en filage d’or 18-25 um (un atout).
- Expérience dans l'impression de couche épaisse et/ou mince.
- Expérience en programmation et connaissance de logiciel
- Expérience des matériaux micro-électroniques et des procédés thermiques
- Capacité à travailler avec peu de supervision et à suivre plusieurs procédés
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes

Salaire offert:Déterminé par l'expérience.
