Reporting to the Controller, the Finance Assistant is a key player on the finance team. You will be working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices
- Update purchase orders and verify against supplier invoices
- Verify the accuracy of the invoice with the packing slip
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Ad-hoc tasks and reports for the finance team
- Cover for reception
- Back up for Service Dispatch as required
- Ad-hoc

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience
- One to three years of work experience on a finance team is an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is a definite asset
- Proficient in MS Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Jonas systems an asset
- Excellent Team Player
