The **National Bank Open** is a tennis tournament that takes place from **July 26 - August 7, 2025.**

As a RUNNER you will be required to bring food and beverage orders to fans in their seats. It is our responsibility to provide great food, the best service in the most efficient way possible. Below is a description and list of duties that you will be responsible for, but not limited to.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all health and safety precautions are followed as directed when delivering orders to guests.
- Work with the In-Seat Service Lead to ensure the best customer service to all guests that order from the In-Seat Service app.
- Report to In-Seat Lead to pickup the food and beverage orders.
- When picking up orders, double check the chit in front of you versus what's in the tray to make sure you have everything.
- Sort orders by section number. Try to take orders with you that are in the same section so you can do them all together and you can minimize trips down the stadium
- Deliver orders to the correct seat number
- Practice teamwork and help out co-workers
- During slow times, help to replenish fridges, merchandisers, help to clean-up concessions and restock from storage areas, if needed.
- Ensure your area is clean and free from garbage, paper etc.
- Assist in closing duties as directed by Lead or Supervisor.
- Adhere to the M&O Alcohol Policy at every guest interaction.
- Must ID all guests that appear to be under the age of 25 when delivering alcohol.
- Being respectful when the play is in action, i.e. no talking or making loud noises.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: $18.00 per hour
