**Role Description**

**Vaticano is seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team.**

**The Busser will play a key role in supporting the front-of-house team and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism.** This position requires strong awareness of service flow, excellent teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the service team by promptly clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables between guest seatings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean linens, polished flatware, and fresh glassware before service.
- Assist servers and food runners by delivering water, bread, and other table items as needed.
- Refill water glasses and attend to guest needs in a professional, attentive manner.
- Monitor dining room flow to help facilitate efficient seating and turnover.
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and seamless service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and maintaining floor readiness.
- Uphold a polished appearance and courteous demeanor at all times, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a busser or in a support role within a high-end or upscale dining environment.
- Strong understanding of table settings, service flow, and guest etiquette in fine dining settings.
- Ability to anticipate guest and team needs and respond promptly and professionally.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety best practices.
- Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency during high-volume service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
