Full-time Club Manager

Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.

**Club Manager**:
A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours (typically between 9am and 9pm), be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, genuinely care about people To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building a great culture in the club.

**_Important: _**If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position for you.

**Requirements**:
**Some Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
**_Membership Sales —_**

We use a proven system that helps our members overcome their own obstacles to starting a fitness program. We help people make the jump into a healthier lifestyle at an amazing facility.

**_Club Promotional Marketing —_**

We do use traditional marketing strategies (television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer the creative stuff. A solid understanding of how to use social media is a necessity, as you will be working with the management team to create content, posts, and advertising campaigns. Graphic design experience is a plus

**_Facility Upkeep --_**

We pride ourselves on the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility - maintaining the facility to our top-notch cleaning standards is a must.

**_Community Involvement —_**

We love being a part of the local community, including local festivals, parades etc. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business.

**_Networking / Employee Wellness —_**

We work with a network of local and national employers and insurance companies that try to encourage their employees to lead healthier lifestyles. Making contacts is the first step—then we try to find a solution that helps everyone.

**_Team Building —_**

Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to ensure success in the position. Your core team consists of personal trainers, nutritionists, and part-time staff. You will report directly to the owner.

**_Management —_**

As the Club Manager, you are to take full accountability of your club, from cleanliness, to member satisfaction, to holding your team accountable, hitting and exceeding quotas, and meetings with ownership reviewing targets, KPIs, new marketing campaigns etc. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in running the business, and will be compensated for doing so. Your commission structure is based around gross revenue for both memberships and personal training.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is a must._

**Compensation**:
You want to love what you do, and you have bills to pay. We understand
Compensation is a flat rate between $19-$21.50/hour depending on your experience. You will receive commission on memberships and personal training as well when the team hits our targets. We do not believe in commission caps, so there is no limit to what you can make. Your hourly rate averages out closer to $30/hr when we hit our base targets for membership, and upwards of $35/hr+ when we hit training targets.

**Staffed Hours**:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-9pm
Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm

We do help each other between locations for holidays and vacations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
