**Full-Time Program Supervisor

strength-based approach and engage Club members to play, learn, and develop essential life skills. We

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Director of Programs
- Create programs that allow youth to discover interests, talents, and new hobbies
- Recruit, supervise, actively mentor and train staff and volunteers
- Encourage and promote lifelong learning and healthy lifestyles to children and youth
- Develop and implement programs based on member feedback
- Build relationships with members
- Manage program budgets
- Maintain professional relationships with community partners, peers, members, volunteers, and
- parents- A more detailed job description will be provided upon hire
- A commitment to the Clubs mission, Vision and Core Values.
- A university or college degree in recreation or a related field and minimum of two years’
- experience in a supervisory role- Extensive knowledge and experience in program implementation and supervision
- Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to contribute to the creation of positive team
- and workplace dynamic- Demonstrated empathy, approachability and an understanding of others
- Successful experience working with a diverse population
- The ability to streamline, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and be well organized
- Full G class driver’s license
- Current First Aid/CPR
- An acceptable police Vulnerable Sector check
- Proof of full COVID-19 immunization
- A complete pre-placement medical (to be provided)**
