**Location**: We are seeking a **Club Level Supervisor** for our **Hamilton Stadium.**

**Principal Function**:
The Concession Level Supervisor will plan and prepare in advance of events, will provide hands on supervision during events and will organize post-event closing and clean up.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the opening and closing procedures for the club level, including setup, teardown, cleanliness, and beginning and ending bar inventory.
- Supervise game-day operations of the club level, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and an excellent game-day experience.
- Oversee a team of approximately 15-20 people and provide support to all FOH and BOH club staff to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Work closely with main kitchen and culinary department to ensure smooth coordination and execution during events.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of food and drinks, supplies, and equipment ensuring the bar and food areas are fully stocked and organized.
- Oversee bar operations to ensure accurate billing, while providing support for discounts or voids as needed, in accordance with company procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all concession stands and bars adhere to all company policies including health and safety, sanitization regulations, alcohol licensing, and responsible service.

**Qualification/Skills**:

- Proven experience as a bar supervisor or kitchen supervisor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (within a sports stadium, large venue or restaurant as an asset)
- Smart service certification is required, and a food handlers' certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including food safety and alcohol laws.
- A good understanding of bar operations, inventory management, and financial control
- The Club Level Supervisor must demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to multitask effectively. They must excel in high-pressure situations, leading by example to deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

**Other Requirements**:

- This is a hands-on role, requiring the Club Level Supervisor to actively assist with game-day operations and ensure seamless execution throughout the club.
- This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced and often high-energy environment, and comfortably lift 50 pounds as needed.
- The Club Level Supervisor must be adaptable and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. They must also be able to commit to all 2025 Forge and Tiger Cats games, as well as any additional live event bookings

**Expected hours**:
10-20 hours based around live events schedule._ There may be weeks where no live events are scheduled which means there are no hours available._
