**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for administrating and maintaining shipping and inventory reports on a daily basis. Compiles records and reconciles discrepancies in inventory, and conducts regular inventory counts to insure accuracy.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure inventory is processed accurately and promptly, including but not limited to receiving and storing inventory items.
- Picking, packaging, processing and shipping sales orders.
- Coordinating logistics, sending pre-alerts and uploading POD.
- Pulling and issuing inventory items needed for service and WO’s.
- Running and entering cycle counts.
- Investigating shipping and receiving errors.
- Housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by placing and taking inventory out of proper locations.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate accurate proficiency in data entry
- Must be familiar with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with JDE is preferred
