**Type and Level of Work** **- **This is a casual, responsible position at the direct service level. Job responsibilities relate to the support of Program activities for a group of adults with multiple disabilities who are attending the Elves Adult Program.

**Chief Responsibilities**:

- Support permanent staff in the development and implementation of appropriate programs for a group of individuals with an atmosphere of warmth and respect.
- Consistent practice of health and safety and hygiene activities relating to the Program participants.
- Demonstrate consistent and appropriate interpersonal skills with regard to working within a team model (co-instructor, resource staff and external consultants).
- Consistent practice of Adult Program policies and procedures and participation in routine Program tasks.

**Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma (Grade 12)
- One year direct experience with individuals with disabilities

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
