**Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Support the upselling of services by identifying opportunities during client interactions.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage calls professionally.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
