**Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will research and identify ways to build our brand, solidify our relationships with our partners and acquire new clients.

Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.

You will assist with marketing and business development projects. These include marketing strategies, business analysis, brand development, events & trade shows, online & offline marketing collateral development & distribution.

Key responsibilities to include:

- Manage the development and implementation of marketing activity and the appropriate platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze, monitor and report monthly performance of the campaigns
- Plan, execute and coordinate day to day marketing activities to be carried out to maximum effectiveness with other team members and other departments.
- Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with internal departments, external agencies/partners/ suppliers.
- Create and maintain content on the website
- Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external client/partner events
- College diploma or Undergraduate degree with Marketing focus
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Creative with good copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Travel/ Hospitality industry is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
