Established in 1995, Northland Floral Inc has flourished into a blossoming fresh cut flower, bouquets, and potted plant distributor. In the heart of the Niagara Region, we provide floral products daily to multiple of the largest retailers throughout North America.

With the rapid growth of business throughout North America, the production of a new, larger facility was established in 2021 just seconds away from Lake Ontario, one of North America’s 5 great lakes.

Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Northland Floral is looking for a Floral Customer Service Rep.

**Job Duties**:

- Accurately process customer transactions
- Generate invoices for customer orders
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications and in-stock items
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
- Contact customers following sales to ensure on-going customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
- Present a professional image to customers, vendors and fellow employees at all times
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exemplary sales experienced preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
