Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Northland Floral is looking for a Cooler Associate.

We are searching for a passionate, easygoing, and self-motivated Cooler Associate to join our Cooler team. It is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, friendly environment where we empower people to lead and reach their full potential. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in duties such as loading and unloading trucks
- Responsible for sorting and slotting incoming and outgoing floral product
- Support in keeping cooler and warehouse clean
- Accountable for counting finished product
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to delivering growers.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to lift boxes heavier than 40 lbs. when required
- Comfortable working in a cooler setting, anywhere from 38-45 degrees Fahrenheit
- Confident in working well with a team
- Reliable.
