Role Responsibilities
- Coordinating service jobs between customers and mechanics with support from the Service Manager
- Dispatching mechanics and maintaining overall schedule
- Service contract administration and tracking
- Creating service orders and verification of internal controls process are met
- Answering/directing calls and visitors as required
- Coordinating and communicating with mechanics and management for reconciliation of payroll hours and expenses, ensuring they match what was submitted and verification of supporting documents
- Coordinating the sending/receiving of courier packages and larger deliveries
- Maintaining up to date information on vehicles, tools and inventory
- Supporting sales and service department with administrative duties
- Procuring parts from suppliers
- Preparing return material vouchers

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Efficient & accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Flexibility to navigate changing business demands
