***RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Performance Expectations**
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors;
- Attend to all incoming telephone calls;
- Attend to all incoming/outgoing couriers and daily mail;
- Assist with T1 scanning, assembly, and archiving during tax season;
- Electronically file personal income tax returns and ensure compliance with appropriate workflow and quality control measures;
- Prepare client T4 and T5 forms;
- Support client invoicing process;
- Engage and participate in team meetings;
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are done on time;
- Contribute to our positive team dynamic with all levels of staff and management; and
- Provide other general administrative support as required.

**Credentials**
- Working towards a diploma in office administration, executive assistance, or a similar field;
- Enrolled in the co-op program at your post-secondary institution;
- Previous office experience is an asset;
- Customer service and/or client service experience is desirable; and
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
