**Front Desk Receptionists / Customer Care Associates**

**Job Summary**:

- Two (02) Full time, permanent staff needed (**NOC B JOB)**:

- Customer Care skills essential
- **Ability to Speak in Hindi, Mandarin, Punjabi or Tamil is an asset.**:

- Completed any College Diploma or post-graduate Certificate program.
- Willing to learn Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Willing to work **at least 2 years.**:

**Main Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the patient satisfaction and give the best experience at our clinics to the patient.
- Greet patients or guests and provides prompt, courteous customer service while maintaining a pleasant and professional atmosphere.
- Answers the telephone in a professional manner and providing callers essential information.
- Monitors patient flow by managing and advising patients of the anticipated wait time and following-up when there are any unexpected delays.
- Managing confidential information in a professional & responsible manner.
- Listen to patient’s feedback, encourage every patient to give their reviews and determine solutions or report to the Management team as needed.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meeting for the patients and external stakeholders.
- Process transactions (cash, credit or debit card), and provide receipts as needed.
- Provide general administrative support by photocopying, faxing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Will possess a full knowledge of MEDCENTRE HEALTH and the services we provide to the patients.

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent customer care skills.
- **Ability to Speak in Hindi, Mandarin, Punjabi or Tamil is an asset.**:

- Holds any College Diploma or Certificate program.
- Willing to learn Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Should have an excellent phone etiquette.
- You should have in-depth understanding of Word and Excel
- Must have multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively in a setting of competing demands of a busy office.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the management team.
