Classic LifeCare is currently seeking a **Pediatric**Clinical Nursing Supervisor**to join our Calgary branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to support the delivery of **_pediatric home care services_**.

**Pay Rate**: $29 to $32 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:
Engaging and empowering employees, pediatric clients and their families.

Providing orientation, training, hands-on care to our clients, and mentorship to employees (LPNs and HCAs).

Developing programs aligned with Classic LifeCare’s culture and Accreditation Canada’s home support standards.

Collaborating on assessments and implementing person-centered care plans.
- ** Current LPN/RN registration with the CLPNA/CRNA.**:

- ** Experience with pediatric care (preferred).**:

- Valid First Aid and CPR certification & clear tuberculosis screening result.
- Criminal record check/police information check with a vulnerable sector clearance.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation within Calgary.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients’ family members, and relevant organizations to ensure clients’ best interests and goals are met.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- A people and community-focused mindset, prioritizing client-centered care and community collaboration.
- Willingness to contribute to the development of services based on unique strengths and interests, promoting continuous improvement in care delivery.
- Enjoyment of a fun and engaging working environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.
