Shipping Coordinator

As a **Shipping Coordinator / Order Entry & Customer Service** team member at TruNorth Composites, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing product shipments, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, and warehouse operations. Your role will involve ensuring shipment accuracy, maintaining inventory documentation, entering customer orders, and delivering exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive incoming goods following established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
- Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery notes.
- Process and enter customer orders into the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in planning delivery and picking schedules to support timely shipments.
- Coordinate shipping and order entry tasks with warehouse and sales teams.
- Modify delivery documentation to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Provide general customer service support by resolving issues and following up on requests.
- Coordinate daily tasks among staff to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
- Self-motivated and dependable with excellent record-keeping abilities.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Experience with order entry and customer service is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
