**Summary**

As a Sales Consultant at Northern PWR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to promote solar energy solutions across the greater Edmonton area. Building your book of business in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will engage with homeowners to understand their needs and provide tailored solar solutions that enhance their energy efficiency and sustainability.

- Earn upfront pay when deals are sold and additional pay when your deals convert to install.

**Responsibilities**
- Run **pre-set appointments** and engage potential customers through various channels to promote solar energy solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably selling in in-home environments. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a bonus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales and business development.
- Familiarity with account management practices is an asset.
- Determined mindset with the ability to maintain enthusiasm in spite of handling rejection from time to time.

Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
