Receptionist

Established in 1993, EnerChanges works with patients for conditions such as anti-aging, obesity, menopause, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. We also treat some difficult common problems such as, infertility, allergies and chronic fatigue. The clinic is affiliated with A4M and is trained in the safe use of bio-identical hormones, (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, HGH and HCG).
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
- Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
- Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made timeously.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment prep, appointment follow-up, etc.
- Point of Sale / Patient Billing
**Qualifications / Skills**:
- Excellent at communicating with the rest of clinic staff and supervisors
- Outgoing personality
- Proficient in English
- Extremely dependable
- Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Inventory control and supply management
- Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a Receptionist role
**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with software such as QuickBooks and Input Health
- Experience using Slack
- Experience with phlebotomies, preparing injections and IVs for patients. Insertion and removal of IV infusions, injection of subcutaneous and intramuscular medications
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-20 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
