We’re looking a driven and enthusiastic **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your sales career with an innovative company that supports growth, creativity, and professional development.
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to the benefits of working with Reis Informatica and playing a key role in building our sales pipeline. You’ll also represent Reis Informatica at trade shows and networking events, helping expand our brand’s presence and uncovering new opportunities.
**What You’ll Do**
This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll have the freedom to innovate and the tools to succeed. Your key responsibilities include:
**Lead Generation & Outreach**:
- Research and identify prospective clients using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with the sales team, effectively building the foundation for new partnerships.
**Pipeline Development**:
- Manage leads in GlassHive CRM, ensuring a smooth and professional client journey.
- Build and maintain nurturing campaigns to stay top-of-mind with prospects.
**Trade Shows & Networking**:
- Represent Reis Informatica at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
- Actively seek out and recommend additional networking opportunities to increase brand exposure.
- Help organize and execute our participation at events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.
**Collaboration & Strategy**:
- Work closely with marketing to align outreach efforts with company goals and campaigns.
- Contribute ideas and strategies for new markets, outreach techniques, and events.

You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships. You’re ready to take ownership of your role, work independently, and deliver outstanding results with mínimal oversight.

**Skills & Experience**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GlassHive, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn).
- Event planning or trade show experience is a plus but not required.
