We're looking for a Data Analyst who doesn't just analyze data - they shape how it's understood and used. You will use tools like Power BI, Power M, and DAX to turn raw data into compelling stories, helping teams across the company make smarter, faster decisions. Your ability to communicate insights and recommend best practices will be as important as your technical skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Day-to-Day**:

- **Analyze & Visualize**: Leverage Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations.
- **Transform**: Leveraging Microsoft Fabric, transform data using Python (Spark), in addition to Power BI’s Power M and DAX to clean, structure, and model small, agile datasets into actionable insights.
- **Advise**: Present recommendations and best practices for data handling and optimization to stakeholders.
- **Collaborate**: Work with teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that make an impact.
- **Innovate**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve how we manage and use data.

Qualifications Required:
