As a **Residential Construction Carpente**r, you'll play a key role in delivering high-end residential projects from start to finish. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-service mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on custom framing, trim work, finish carpentry, decks, and exterior carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes
- Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assist in project planning by proactively identifying solutions, risks, and improvements
- Collaborate with lead carpenters, project managers, and contractors to meet project schedules and client expectations
- Manage company equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring proper use and protection
- Support your onsite crew by mentoring, providing feedback, and assisting in skill development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site presentation
- Document and communicate any out-of-scope work and site issues in a timely manner
- Represent CFC's culture of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a respectful and positive job site environment

**What We're Looking For**
- 4 to 6 years of general contracting experience
- 5 or more years of experience in residential carpentry
- Strong skills in framing, trim work, finish carpentry, and decks
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically on the job site
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Own hand tools and power tools (large equipment provided)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship
- Experience with energy-efficient building techniques is a plus
