We are a close-knit company offering a fun and positive work environment with endless opportunities for learning and growth. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with an hourly pay of up to $30.00-$40.00 based on experience. Group Health Benefits (including dental, extended health care, and vision care) will be available upon completing a 3-month probationary employment period.

Respectful and professional - must be able to communicate with our clients, architects, designers, engineers, and sub-trades

Proven experience supervising a crew of 1-4 members

Great attention to detail, and ability to research and solve problems independently

Keeps the team motivated, delegates tasks, and takes the initiative to get the job done

Skill and experience with both hand and power tools

Must be able to read and interpret construction blueprints

**Requirements**:
5+ years of related work experience in framing and finishing carpentry

Working at Heights Certification

Valid Driver’s License and your own vehicle

Your own hand and power tools for both framing and finishing carpentry

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and complete repetitive tasks

A good sense of humour and some flexibility is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
