**Overview**:
The Cleaner / RV Detailer performs general detailing and cleaning activities for new and used recreational vehicles in order to improve and/or maintain their appearance prior to customer delivery, in addition to other cleaning and housekeeping duties for the dealership.

**Compensation**: $18 - 20/hr. depending on experience + vacation pay

**Reports to**: Service Manager

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
- Clean the interior and exterior of new and used customer units prior to customer pick up.
- Light housekeeping duties to keep the facility clean and in good working order as needed.
- Clean company vehicles as needed.
- Assist the shop personnel as needed.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude who enjoys dealing with the public, and who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Passion for cleaning and able to take initiative.
- An eye for the details.
- Consider the safety of others in situations where there is a risk of harm.
- Communicate with co-workers and customers.
- Follow company rules and procedures for collecting and scanning tickets.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and vacuuming.
- Previous detail experience & RV knowledge would be considered assets.
- Experience operating a forklift or other heavy machinery will be considered an asset.
