**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Movement of Buses from Yard into wash Bay, then return bus to yard after cleaning (washing the outside and cleaning of the inside of Bus.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize both hand tools and power tools effectively to complete cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established procedures and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and issues.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned within designated time frames.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Be comfortable learning to Operate and Move Busses in and out of wash Bay.
- Washing inside and Outside of Busses.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and facilities maintenance.

Pay: $17.75 per hour
