**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Process client requests including policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims reporting
- Coordinate the renewal process by gathering and reviewing necessary client information
- Conduct first-level reviews to ensure client needs are accurately addressed and met
- Identify and assess routine risk exposures, advising clients on policy coverage and servicing needs
- Review and process endorsements, cover notes, and certificates of insurance for accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with adjusters and clients to ensure efficient claims handling and follow-up
- Promote best practices and professionalism across all lines of business by leading through example
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and business goals

**Qualifications**:

- Level 1 General Insurance License required; Level 2 license considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of prior insurance experience; commercial insurance experience considered an asset
- Strong client relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also being a collaborative and supportive team player
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines effectively
