**Description**

Neo Tech Industries is a trade only full-service provider of graphics and portable displays. We are looking for an energetic, creative and responsible individual to join our team as a Production & Order process Assistant.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with answering inbound sales calls, basic customer inquiries and order taking.
- Prepare and handle all docs. (Purchase Order, Order confirmation, Quotation etc.)
- Preflight, prepress customer files and send out digital proofs for approval.
- Ensure all artwork and order details have been approved and signed off by the customer prior to production.
- Print digital wide format in-house orders.
- Inspect and prepare all orders prior to shipment.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and logistic operator.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**
- Must be fluent in English and Korean.
- Proficient with MS system (excel, word, outlook, etc.).
- Experience with design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat is an asset.
- “Can-do” work ethic, an interest in professional growth, and a positive attitude
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills - methodical and detail
- orientated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, continually prioritizing and multi-tasking with mínimal or no supervision.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines when required.
- Ability to load/unload paper/vinyl rolls - up to 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
