**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, to support sales and admin team effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners/vendors to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and achieve business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow processes and ensure efficiency.
- Receive, review, and process customer orders for steel building sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details, specifications, and pricing.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Metal Building Systems (MBS), including knowledge of steel building components, structural design principles, and building code requirements.
- Enter orders into the company's order processing system accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate order fulfillment activities with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Communicate order status updates and delivery schedules to customers and internal staff as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Resolve order-related issues and inquiries promptly and professionally, liaising with customers and internal departments to address any concerns or discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of order transactions, sales data, and customer communications in the company's database or CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance order processing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to all departments.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of steel building systems, accessories, and customization options.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of order transactions, customer/vendor communications, and project specifications in the company's CRM system or order processing software.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in order processing or a related role, preferably within the steel building industry.
- Strong understanding of Metal Building Systems (MBS) and related components.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and order processing software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve order-related issues promptly.
