**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused **Concrete Solutions Consultant (Residential Sales Representative)** to join our growing Toronto team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with homeowners, conducting site assessments, presenting solutions, and closing sales for concrete lifting and repair services. If you’re passionate about helping customers, enjoy being active in the field, and thrive on achieving results, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site assessments for residential concrete lifting & leveling projects.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals to customers.
- Close sales and manage the customer relationship through to project completion.
- Follow up on inbound leads and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports using CRM tools.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on Poly-Mor’s products and services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous sales experience (construction, home improvement, or service sales an asset).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients at their homes.
- Energetic, customer-first attitude.
