**Role Summary**:
As an Energy Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to generating and following up on leads, working both independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively generate sales leads and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored energy solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized proposals.
- Stay informed about our financing options to effectively onboard clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings, with occasional travel to our offices.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about renewable energy and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire for personal development.
- Experience in sales or lead generation is preferred.
- Ability to travel within local markets as needed.
- Proficient with technology, including computers, IPADs, and CRM software.
- Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
