**We are seeking an experienced Inventory Associate. The Inventory Associate at Feature Foods** is in a food manufacturing environment and will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, and supporting the production process. This role involves tracking raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to ensure that inventory levels meet production needs without overstocking or running out of essential items. The Inventory Associate will also assist in updating inventory systems and collaborate with the production and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

**What you will do-Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, place orders and track costs to ensure inventory meets production schedule requirements.
- Follow up on and monitor open POs, and coordinate shipping.
- Collect documentation and maintain close communication with finance to close the PO.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies or shortages in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to inventory movements.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring the correct materials are available for production.
- Familiar with data collection and KPI reporting
- Other tasks related to updating logs and supplier information.

**What you will Bring-Qualifications**
- College completion in supply chain, inventory and distribution management, or business preferred.
- Knowledge of lot codes and purchasing of raw and perishable foods.
- Experience in an ERP system and familiarity with POWER BI. ( D365 and Power BI asset)
- Well developed organizational skills.
- Food safety knowledge preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Expected hours: 40 per week
