Duration: One year contract
Critical inventory control role to maintain inventory is accurate in order to support customers on timely manner. Tasks involve with slot products, cycle count, inventory quality support, reverse logistics and seasonal government program etc. An excellent and exiting position to learn and grow with McKesson team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily inventory cycle counts.
- Count materials, investigate, report and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Track cycle count, compile other inventory related reports.
- Follow recall procedures and act in timely manner.
- Manage debit note product and shipment to meet financial requirement.
- Develop or improve inventory management activities.
- Verify product expiry date and coordinate relevant activities, including communication with customer service team.
- Coordinate and communicate inventory status for seasonal government program.
- Cross trained to support other Inventory Control functionality and Operations team.
- Maintain and update inventory records, work instructions and keep paperwork organized.
- Maintain safety while using equipment and tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
**Skills**:
- Experience in inventory control or equivalent education preferred
- Good computer and analytical skills (intermediate level of MS Excel. Experience with MS Access is not required but is considered great asset)
- Proven troubleshooting skills and can work independently in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willing to work extended hours.
- Able to lift to 40 pounds.
- Valid forklift license or forklift experienced and comfortable working in warehouse floor.
