This is a part-time hybrid role for a Volunteer Coordinator at Rainbow Routes Association. The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for managing and training volunteers, communicating with stakeholders and partners, and performing community outreach activities. The role is located in Sudbury, ON, but some remote work is acceptable.

**Qualifications**:

- Volunteer management and volunteer training skills,

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment,
- Excellent time management and organizational skills,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Google Suite,
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is preferred,
- College diploma or degree in social work, community development, or related field.

Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
