**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Input and update data into various computer systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning documents, copying files, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to analyze data and generate reports.
- Assist in the development of improved data entry processes and systems for increased efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in using computer systems, including experience with databases and office software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data management best practices is a plus.

Pay: $20.91-$22.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
