PBX Technologies Inc. is seeking experienced and certified drone pilots for **cell tower inspections** across Canada. This is a **contract-based opportunity** with compensation on a **per-tower basis**, ideal for drone professionals looking to maximize earning potential while working flexible hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct aerial inspections of cell towers using drones in compliance with site-specific requirements and safety protocols.
- Collect, process, and upload imagery and data (photos, videos, flight logs).
- Perform field-level quality checks and follow client-provided naming conventions and guidelines.
- Ensure thorough documentation, including completion of daily reports and checklist items.
- Coordinate with our project team for scheduling, updates, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Canadian drone license (Basic or Advanced RPAS Certificate).
- Prior experience in drone-based cell tower inspections or infrastructure mapping is preferred.
- Ability to interpret tower maps, topographic data, and access routes.
- Must own or have access to an approved drone (DJI Phantom 4 Pro, Mavic 2 Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with platforms like DroneDeploy/link, Pix4D, or RealityCapture is a plus.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Compensation Structure**:

- Paid **per tower** or **per site** completed, with rates based on tower type, height, and scope.
- Bonus available for high-volume delivery and quality performance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: $30.66-$33.99 per hour
