Understanding production process to optimize food safety and quality control performance
- Verifying quality checks every hour, at every stage of production to reduce waste
- Training new employees on production process and identifying issues with production when necessary
- Monitor facility activity to ensure compliance to GMP’s requirements
- Verify production records during the shift, maintain document control and effective follow-up on deviation and corrective actions
- Maintain documentation, policies, procedures and records when required.
- Involve in investigating consumer/customer complaints, facilitate root cause solutions
- Support R & D initiatives and monitor new product launch, understand and engage in product improvement/technical services activities, monitor and follow through
- Ensure 100% completion of food safety training
- Identify areas of improvement based on self-inspection and audit findings, follow up to ensure gaps are addressed

**Work Location**: In-person

**Pay**:$20.00 - $22.00/hour
- **Time**:_11:00pm - 7:00am
