- Ensuring that all input is received, team member data is verified in the system prior to processing for accuracy in set up based on the classification and related 100 plus collective agreements which drives the applicable pay, deduction and accrual rules.
- Responsible for the integrity of data resulting from input, calculation and setup changes on multiple systems.
- Responsible for processing payroll updates on multiple systems: Ultipro HRIS, UTA, Comvida Scheduling, ADP
- Import time on HRIS, Comvida Scheduling, ADP systems
- Submit time batches for processing on HRIS, Comvida Scheduling, ADP systems
- Create load files and batches to in-house HRIS system as required for payroll processing
- Manage high volume hires, terminations updates on HRIS
- Manage high volume transfers within Sienna’s homes and related data, job, salary, rate, etc.
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislative changes to ensure legislative compliance: ESA, CRA, Service Canada, collective agreements, organization policies.

**Education & Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or other related discipline
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Payroll, with a strong customer service focus
- Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel - Vlook Up, Pivot Table, IF Formulas, SUMIF
- High degree of accuracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills required.
