Reporting to Category Manager Lead, the Category Manager Analyst will be responsible of identifying the market and consumers trends. She/He will be the specialist of the various database to provide clear report and insight about the market performance. The Category Manager will also work with the CMI team to identify and communicate consumers insights.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible of the monthly performance results communication and market database
- Communicate the performance for all Circana and Nielsen related analysis and other database
- Contact for Circana and Nielsen data issues, the lead for database clean up and projects.
- Coordinate the monthly note.

**Draws insights from market and retailer’s data**:

- Track market/category evolution from diverse perspectives: retailer, channel, total market using NPD, Nielsen data.
- Tracks and anticipates category growth on Beauty market by channel and builds projection.

**Builds on categories O+O Shopper insight**:

- Demonstrates understanding of shopper metrics and analyses shopper dynamics to drive category growth.
- Utilize U&A Studies, One Intelligence/International insights, industry publications to come up with consumer insights to validate/question the data.

**Activates Business Drivers**:

- Develops in-depth knowledge of market categories.
- Coaches internal team in analysis of their business
- Build relationship with marketing & commercial teams via providing relevant data on the business.
- Keeps up to date with market and retailer news and proactively shares within the organization.

Prepare high executive presentations (Zone, T2T, etc.) for the VP and Division President
Develop métier for the category & Luxe brands, helping understand market dynamics & growth drivers.
- Knowledge of the trends, dynamics & behavior by category, channels, and brand
- Strong progress in story building & storytelling with numbers
