The Ministry of the Solicitor General is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects that support Ontario's community safety mandate. As Manager, Capital Planning and Delivery - Community Safety, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of major infrastructure projects from planning and design to completion.

- Lead a team to oversee end-to-end capital infrastructure project delivery, from early-stage functional programming, planning and design, procurement, and construction oversight.
- Manage relationships with Infrastructure Ontario, partner ministries, and community safety stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Proactively assess and mitigate risks related to project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.
- Support the development of infrastructure plans to ensure alignment with government priorities.
- Oversee the development of Treasury Board/Management Board of Cabinet submissions and business cases for major capital investments.
- Maintain adherence to Ontario Public Service directives related to capital projects, procurement policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices to strengthen future capital planning and delivery.

**Meet the Director: Aamir Hajeeyani**
This position reports to Aamir Hajeeyani, an experienced leader in delivering complex infrastructure projects across multiple sectors. Aamir has overseen major capital initiatives for correctional facilities, large-scale transit projects, and cultural institutions such as Provincial museums and galleries.

His leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Aamir is committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams and fostering a culture where diverse perspectives are valued. He also prioritizes mentorship and professional growth, supporting team members at all stages of their careers.

In this role, you will join a leadership team dedicated to shaping Ontario's infrastructure landscape and delivering projects that make a meaningful impact across the province.
