Senior Delivery Manager - Wealth & Capital Markets $120k - $135k + bonus + benefits Robert Half is partnered with a leading financial institution embarking on a major data transformation initiative. Following a recent acquisition, the organization is creating a client-accessible data warehouse to centralize and streamline information delivery. We're seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with strong Agile leadership and Scrum expertise to drive this critical program. This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, manage complex dependencies, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment. Experience delivering data warehouse projects is essential, along with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and modern delivery practices. Background in capital markets or insurance environments is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery for a large-scale data warehouse initiative, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee planning, sprint execution, and backlog management using JIRA and Confluence. Coordinate across development, QA, architecture, and data teams to manage interdependencies. Engage senior stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives and client experience goals. Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and champion governance frameworks for transparency and accountability. Requirements 5+ years in technology delivery or project management within financial services (capital markets or insurance preferred). Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; ability to coach teams and drive adoption. Hands-on experience delivering data warehouse projects (design, build, and deployment). Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and related delivery tools. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills. Why Join?
