**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A CUSTOMER PORTAL COORDINATOR**

KWE is currently looking for a Customer Portal Coordinator who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE’s vast worldwide network for a designated client base. **REQUIREMENTS**
- Formal Academic Training in international transportation or related field of study from two-year College or technical school; and/or 3-5-year related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read, analyzes, and responds to common inquiries or complains from customer, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to write speeches and articles that conform to prescribed styles and formats.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

**DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- Provide accurate data entry and shipment tracking updates.
- Take the appropriate action to rectify errors or omissions.
- Provide excellence in customer service as a first place of contact with VIP clients and within our organization.
- Liaise with the import / export staff, sales, and department manager to ensure timely and accurate shipment information.
- Take initiative to check with carriers on shipment status.
- Have a good understanding of Incoterms.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote a safe working environment by complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Report all unsafe activities to management and/or human resources.
- Keep informed of regulatory changes and provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Train junior staff and coach employees in the accurate handling of specific accounts.
- Perform all other job-related duties as required by management.
