**Digital Marketing/IT Professional Job Description**

**Job Title**: Digital Marketing/IT Professional

**Reports to**: Marketing Director

**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing/IT Professional is responsible for driving online marketing initiatives and providing technical support for RE/MAX NOVA’s offices. This role combines digital marketing knowledge with technical expertise to optimize online presence and achieve marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**
- Assist in managing group advertising budget across mediums including digital and social media, CRM platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Regular reporting of effectiveness of Group advertising efforts to the Marketing Director.
- Create and manage online paid marketing campaigns for the brokerage (Google, Facebook, Instagram) with an emphasis on creating leads and awareness.
- Assisting individual agents with their online marketing strategies.
- Manage Company Google My Business pages and assist in overseeing effective Google Ads campaigns.

**Graphic Design**
- Create advertising content for the brokerage.
- Create marketing materials & graphics for individual agents or teams including social media posts, digital marketing materials, and print media.
- Interact with external web development teams to improve website appearance and performance

**IT Support**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization's website and online infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of digital marketing data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a combination of digital marketing and IT
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Technical skills, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, Facebook ads, Lead generation, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
