**Job Summary**:
The Armour Group is a multi-dimensional investment firm that integrates concept design, development, construction and the internal management off all assets. Their portfolio includes Muir hotel, Queen’s Marque district, Historic Properties and the Delta Dartmouth, along with several residential buildings and corporate campuses. The Armour Group is presently seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist **to join the growing team.

As an integral part of the Marketing & Communications team, their well-honed skills will be applied across a variety of business areas from commercial and residential leasing to premium hotel marketing.

If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team from our downtown Halifax location.

**Job Duties**:

- Developing and creating content calendar for several social accounts.
- Assisting with photo and video shoots
- Updating websites and reporting on the overall digital health of various brands
- Designing collateral pieces, including flyers, menus, presentations, and more (Canva)
- Managing outside designers for more complicated design projects
- Managing brand standards for a variety of brands
- Managing and updating websites (Squarespace, WordPress & hotel brand sites)
- Reporting on web and social traffic

**Core Competencies**:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to working with others and sharing information.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suites also desirable.
- Sound knowledge of popular social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
- Strong understanding of digital / social media metrics and analytics

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent qualifications of skills and experience.
- New graduates will be considered
