**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation**
- **Digital Marketing & Content Creation - 40%**_
- Create and publish engaging written and visual content including blog posts, social media copy, infographics, and video scripts
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams to translate scientific findings into accessible and engaging formats
- **Brand Management & Strategic Communication - 30%**_
- Support brand development and ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
- Design digital and print assets that align with the organization’s identity and objectives
- Contribute to knowledge translation and strategic communications to highlight research, education, and innovation
- Support internal and external communications and alignment with clinical/research leadership on messaging and goals
- **Community Outreach & Partnerships - 20%**_
- Coordinate relationship-building efforts with healthcare professionals, research institutions, and academic partners
- Develop outreach campaigns to support fellowships, educational programs, and collaborative initiatives
- Build and maintain stakeholder lists and coordinate communications with external partners and the broader community
- **Project Planning & Coordination - 10%**_
- Support project timelines, content development workflows, and campaign planning
- Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, or video production as needed
- Attend strategy sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas that support engagement and growth

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related role (healthcare or research exposure an asset)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging online content
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in research, medicine, or healthcare communication
