**In exchange, we ask you to bring**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes to ensure specifications are achieved.
- Develop, implement an ISO 9001 quality systems. Ensuring oversight and execution of the ISO System.
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Ensure internal non compliances are documented in the appropriate system and addressed in timely manner. Ensuring all corrective actions and root cause analysis are completed.
- Verify the root cause, determination of complaints and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Work in cross functional teams to achieve the common goal of delivering a high-quality product, on time to the customer.
- Establish and monitor effectiveness of systems and strategies which assure customer complaints are effectively addressed and answered in expected time frames.
- Monitor production and quality metrics and performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to support decision process of continual improvement activities.
- Verify the use of appropriate control plans for parts manufacturing.
- Train employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process.
- Provide direction and support for all Quality Management and Quality Engineering activities.
- You may be reassigned to other work matching your qualifications from time to time. You may also be required to complete other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Quality Manager in a production processing environment 3-5 years
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to positively influence others. Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Post secondary education required, degree or diploma in related field.
- ISO 9000 or similar certification is strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures, regulations, and laws
- Able to produce detailed, data-driven reports using analysis and statistical methods
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Very detail-oriented
