**About Us**:Tiny Market Co. is a cozy and welcoming neighbourhood hotspot in Toronto, where creative food and community vibes come together. We host seasonal tasting menus, run a bustling lunch service, operate a retail space curated with our house-made pasta & provisions, and provide wholesale pasta for a variety of restaurants in the city. This is a great position for someone who’s ready to step into a dynamic position involving all things pasta. We're looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our small but mighty team

**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare fresh handmade, filled, and extruded pasta
- Portion wholesale and retail pasta
- Work in a fast-paced, high volume pasta production space
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow recipes and prepare fillings and doughs

**We're Looking for Someone Who**:

- Is not currently studying, or has flexible hours (full-time availability)
- Has a flexible schedule & can work days & weekends
- Is reliable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized with strong attention to detail
- Is a proactive problem-solver and team player
- Is excited to grow within a small business and take on new responsibilities
- Can self manage & create task lists for themselves
- Can lift up to 20 kilos
- Can work on their feet for long periods of time
- Has basic math skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience making pasta
- Experience working in a kitchen, bakery, catering business, or other similar experience
- Experience working with commercial equipment including stand mixers, pasta extruders, dough sheeters, etc

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
